More About Me

I’m no different than you. I sit on my own therapist’s couch weekly.

Therapy has helped me through many of my life issues. Therapy has helped me find my inner strength and voice to become the woman I knew I could be. It will do the same for you. I can help.

My passion is to guide you into a new and exploratory way of thinking so that you can then take positive steps toward making the changes you deserve. It is not my job to find the answers for you. In fact, I strongly believe you already know the answers! Sometimes, you just need help finding them.

Together, we will explore what keeps you from the life you truly want.

And we will challenge the negative beliefs and perceptions you have about yourself and your life. No matter what has happened or is happening in your life, your time with me is safe and nonjudgmental.
